In the PrecisionCare Support Request Form you mention "steps to screens" - what does this mean?
After users log in to PrecisionCare, they typically follow certain steps to reach the screens that they will be entering or retrieving information. In order to analyze any issues you may experience it is important for us to know the "path" or direction that you take in order to reach the screens that you have used.
For example, after you log into the system, each link will take you to a specific page. When you move through the system, each page has a specific title or label. If you can note the order of the pages that you have clicked through we will be able to follow the same path. Here is an example:
After logging in a test user may go through the following screens: Login >>> mental health case records >>> intake >>> referral report. If you provide this brief list and separate each page with a comma, we will be able to better analyze any issues you may experience.
