On a thin client, I cannot share my calendar with other employees

ISSUE:  When using Outlook on a thin client or through the TSI VIrtual office, it is not possible to share your calendar with others because you cannot see the permissions page.

SOLUTION:  In order to resolve this problem, perform the following steps:

In Outlook, click on Help and then select About Microsoft Office Outlook.  Toward the bottom, select Disabled Items.

Inside the box that comes up, look to see if outex.dll is in the list.  If it is, select it and then click on enable.  Now, you should be able to go back to your calendar and select to share it and see the permissions tab in order to select those whom you want to share it with.

SYSTEMS AFFECTED:  This currently only seems to be affecting users on the Terminal Server, who connect through thin clients or the Virtual Office.  All other laptops and workstations do not seem to have the problem.
